Bakery Schleich is looking for apprentices as pastry chefs for a three-year apprenticeship at the Frontenhausen location. Apprentices learn the production of batters, confectionery, cakes and pralines as well as French patisserie with tartlets and macarons. This includes operating equipment and hygiene standards; vocational school runs in blocks of about one week per month, first in Landshut and later in Straubing. The apprenticeship pay is 860, 945 and 1085 euros per training year; the family business offers teamwork without night work. If both sides are satisfied, a permanent position is guaranteed; applications are submitted with a CV and certificates, and a prior internship is welcome.
