Landbäckerei Brummer is looking for apprentices to train as bakers at the Hirschbach location starting in the apprenticeship years 2026 or 2027. In the bakery workshop right next to the main shop, apprentices learn the craft production of baked goods according to self-developed and traditional recipes without industrial ready-mixes. The training takes place in the family environment of the Brummer baking family and conveys the philosophy of natural baking without artificial additives. At the Hirschbach location, apprentices can expect varied tasks in production and involvement in a motivated team.
